Karbonn A7 is a dual SIM smartphone loaded with a good list of features. The bar style phone is available in only white shade and it was announced on June, 2012. The smartphone offers box contents which contains charger, warranty card, earphone, USB cable, battery, handset and user manual.

Dimensions and Display

It has got a length of 115mm, width of 50mm and thickness stands at 15.50 mm as its dimensions. Karbonn A7 has a 3.5 HVGA capacitive touchscreen with a display resolution of 320x480 pixels. The screen is not so wide but it is perfect for all the features that the phone offers.  The device carries the weight around 110 grams.

Processor and Operating System

For the storage of documents, files and other important data, it comes with an internal memory of 512 MB and 32GB external memory which can be used by inserting microSD card. The phone comes with a 800 MHz processor with Android v2.3 Gingerbread operating system preinstalled on the device.

Camera

You can click precious moments of your life through HD 5.0MP auto focus camera with LED flash and digital zoom. It's front facing camera is 0.3MP that supports video calling which is only possible through Skype and G-talk.

Connectivity and Battery

In the connectivity area, A7 supports many options which comprise GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n and GPS. By using Bluetooth feature, we can transfer data wirelessly or can use a USB cable to send data from computer to the mobile or vice-versa. The phone provides download speed upto 7.2 mbps by the usage of 3G network which offers high speed internet connectivity to the users. You can secure your personal data by using unique pattern lock which protects your phone from the touch of other person. It is backed by a 1420 mAH, Li-ion battery backup which ensures the talk-time of 4 hours as well as 100 hours stand-by time which is not able to work for a whole day.

Other Features

The android phone is packed with some other common features like calendar, java and alarm clock. It also features a FM Radio which is a good source of entertainment which keeps you connected with different types of programmes broadcasted on different channels.
