The ASUS P565 is operating on a Windows Mobile Personal Desk Assistant system, and is installed with 800MHz of processor which makes it the fastest Windows-based PDA yet. The PDA phone is equipped with two cameras, with a VGA camera on front and a 3-megapixel camera at the back.
Like most PDAs, the ASUS P565 doesn’t have many buttons on the unit, but relies instead on the sensitive touch screen for most of the phone’s usage. It is sleek and has a classic look, with a false leather casing at the back. One downside of the unit is that it only uses a single USB port for many uses such as connecting to a headset, syncing to a computer and charging, so multitasking is definitely out of the question here. Another would be that the SIM card slot and the Micro SD card slot are hidden beneath the battery, which makes it an inconvenience to most users. However, this feature has been present in most PDAs.
