Design and Display

The Zen U4 is designed by using a bar format and scores average in terms of looks. The dimension figures include a height of 130mm, width of 67mm and thickness of 10mm along with a weight of 90grams. The phone has a TFT capacitive touchscreen of 4.3-inches which provides a resolution of 800x480 pixels.

Hardware and Software

The Zen U4 is powered a single-core 1 GHz processor which is coupled to a RAM of 256 MB. The phone has an internal memory of 512 MB which can be extended up to 32 GB with the use of a micro SD card. It is based on the out-dated Android version 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.
