YxTel K002 is a basic dual SIM handset announced in Feb, 2014. It is available on the counters for INR 1,788. It is being offered in 3 shades including Black, White and Pink. It works on 2G (GSM 1800/1900/850/900 MHz) network frequency. The box contents includes battery, handset, charger, earphone and user manual.

As far as the designing is concerned, the handset does manage to entice with its decent looks. The front panel has a 3.5-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen and has 3 soft keys i.e. home, back and menu below the screen. It shows off a color depth of 262k. There is a 0.3MP primary camera, which can click pictures with clarity of up to 640x480 pixels. On the other hand, if you want to click selfies it has 0.1 MP front camera which is quite poor to perform this function. Even, you can't take the benefit of video calls through this shooter.

It has 64 MB RAM. The 128 MB internal memory that can be expanded with a memory card lets you store all your favorite songs and pictures. The device has Li-ion 900 mAh battery and it gives decent power backup. The preloaded applications include Facebook, Gmail, Google Search, Google Maps and Twitter. For the entertainment you can enjoy several multimedia features such as radio, music player, video player, voice recording, video recording and games.
