Overview

The company has announced the release of YxTel G006 in December, 2013. The device supports 2G (GSM 800/900/1800/1900 MHz) network. The box contents include: Charger, Earphone and USB cable. The phone has a dual SIM (GSM + GSM) functionality.

Display and Design

YxTel G006 has got a height of 116.9 mm, thickness of 10.1 mm and width of 62.3 mm as its dimensions. It has got a bar design. The phone comes with a  3.5-inches, IPS LCD display which gives a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. 

Camera

YxTel G006 has a primary camera of 2MP which provides a photo resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels. The rear camera is also featured with digital zoom. The secondary camera is of 0.3 MP only. 

Processor, RAM and Storage

The device is powered by a 1GHz processor with a SC6820 chip set. YxTel G006 runs on Android v2.3.6 Gingerbread operating system. The phone has a 256 MB of RAM and 512 MB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 16 GB using micro SD card.  

Connectivity and Other features

The connectivity attributes of the phone includes: Wi-Fi, USB, EDGE, GPRS, Bluetooth and Hands-free. YxTel G006 has got many features like SNS integration, Organizer, Calender, Clock and Alarm Clock. The device comes loaded with games. 

Entertainment

YxTel G006 has a FM radio and music player for the listening pleasure. The phone also comes with a video player and recorder also. It is also featured with 3.5mm Jack/Port. 

Shades and Battery

The device is available in two color styles: Pink and White. YxTel G006 packs a Li-Ion battery of 950 mAh.

Verdict

The phone's expandable memory and dual SIM functionality are on its advantage. On the other hand, the thing which lacks in it is the poor battery back up, lack of flash and GPS.
