XOLO Black is an eye-catching 4G based smartphone released in July, 2015. It is an absolute power house which comes with 3 cameras, a massive battery with quick charge facility, and stunning looks. It is a dual SIM smartphone where SIM 1 is micro SIM that supports 2G/3G/4G and SIM 2 is a hybrid SIM that supports 2G only. On SIM slot 2 you can either use a microSD card or a Nano SIM.  Inside the box, you will get the charger, headset, USB cable, user manual and warranty card. Display and Dimensions

It looks really cool, design wise it does compete with bigger brands. The Gray colored brushed metal finishing plastic frame not only looks good, but also offers a great look. The sides are beautifully curved for a comfortable and better grip. There are no sharp edges. The back panel is black in color and has got a glass layer on it. The volume and power buttons are placed on the right side, SIM slot on the left, audio jack on the top and micro USB port and speaker are located at the bottom of the handset.

The dual SIM smartphone has got a 5.5 inch IPS LCD capacitive full HD OGS display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, 16 million color depth and 401 ppi pixel density. The screen comes coated with 'Corning Gorilla Glass 3' which protects the display from fingerprints and scratches. The color reproduction, touch and viewing angles are pretty good. The multi-touch device weighs at 165 grams and has dimensions of 155.5x76.6x7.3mm. It supports proximity sensor, accelerometer sensor and gyro sensor.

Processor and Operating System

The device runs on a 64 bit octa-core 2nd generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor paired with Adreno 405 GPU and 2 GB LPDDR3 RAM. Based on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) OS, it comes with latest Hive Atlas UI, with an inbuilt browser called 'Cornet Browser' which saves data.

Camera and Storage

It interestingly uses a dual-camera setup on the back. This comprises of a 13 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP secondary sensor. There are certain features offered by this camera which includes 5-element lens, f/2.0 aperture, 3-element lens, f/2.4 aperture, digital zoom, LED flash, auto-focus, touch focus, face detection, geo-tagging and smile detection. It also has a 5 MP front shooter with flash for clicking decent selfies even in low light conditions and online video chats. It has an impressive internal memory of 16 GB which is further expandable up to 32 GB through microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The XOLO Black supports several forms of connectivity like Wi-Fi, GPRS, GPS, EDGE, 4G and 3G which gives full access to the internet. It also has a Bluetooth and USB support in order to get connected with other devices. It is powered by a Li-Po 3200 mAh battery which provides talktime of up to 36 hours on 2G and standby time of up to 736 hours on 2G network. On 3G network, it delivers talktime of up to 24 hours and standby time of up to 699 hours.
