Videocon VStyle Smart is a candybar device announced and released in July, 2014. It is a dual SIM phone that boasts some basic features such as 3G and front camera. If you are searching for a low end Android based smartphone, then it is the best option. It is provided with some box contents which include a handset, charger, battery, headset, USB cable, user manual and warranty card. The features and specifications of the device are mentioned below:

Display and Dimensions

The phone arrives with a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen that packs a resolution of 320x480 pixels along with a pixel density of 165 ppi. It has the capacity to flaunt 16 million colors. The phone supports orientation sensor, which helps to rotate screen view in any angle. The handset comes with a height of 118 mm, a width of 61.2 mm and a thickness of 9.6mm.

Camera and Memory

At the rear panel, the phone has 1.3MP camera with digital zoom that poses a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels. But the phone does not support front camera for video calls and to click self portraits. The picture quality of rear camera is not so good, the user can't get clear picture and unable to capture HD videos. The internal memory of the mobile is 256MB which can be expanded upto 16GB by using memory card slot.

Processor and Operating System

Operating on Android v2.3.5 Gingerbread operating system, VStyle Smart is powered by a 1GHz processor coupled with a RAM of 128MB.

Connectivity and Battery

On the connectivity front, it has endowed with limited options including bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS, USB, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and handsfree connectivity. Under the hood, the handset is powered by a 1300mAh battery which does not have the capability to offer satisfactory talk-time and stand-by time.

Multimedia and Other Features

For the entertainment purpose, it is equipped with certain attributes comprising 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio with recording, image viewer, music player, video player, voice recording, video recording and games. The basic features offered by the company are alarm clock, clock, calendar and organiser. It comes pre-loaded with some applications including Facebook, Whatsapp and Opera Mini.
