Videocon V1522 is a basic feature phone, announced in June, 2014. The handset comes in a pack with a charger, battery, headset, USB cable, user manual and a warranty card. Let's take a look at the specifications of the phone.

Design and Display

The Videocon V1522 is designed precisely by using a bar format. The phone can easily fit into one's palm with its gently curved edges. The device flaunts a QCIP display of 2.0-inches and an alphanumeric keypad with well placed hard keys which are well responsive. The phone also features a four way navigation key for easy controls.

Memory

There is a memory card slot available for this device which can accommodate up to 16 GB micro SD card and allows the user to store a large amount of data. One can store a list of 500 contacts to the phonebook memory along with 100 SMS.

Telephony and Messaging

The device supports 2G (GSM 900/1800 MHz) network frequencies. The call quality offered is good at all the times. For messaging, the phone is featured with SMS along with T9 dictionary which facilitates typing.

Camera

The Videocon V1522 comes with a main camera of 0.3 MP which allows you to capture 640x480 resolution pictures along with digital zoom facility. Unfortunately, the phone does not have any front-facing camera for video chatting purposes.
