The phone comes with a internal memory of 128MB, 64MB RAM as well as upto 16GB expandable memory which is used to store documents and files. For photography, it packs a 1.3MP primary camera with digital zoom and secondary camera for video calling. The picture resolution of the camera is 1280x1024 pixels.
