Sony Xperia Z1 Compact is the latest micro SIM smartphone by Sony which was announced recently at CES 2014 and will be available in a couple of months. It comes in a box with a charger, a data cable, a headset, an user guide and a non-removable Li-Ion 2300mAh battery with a 2G and 3G standby time of up to 670 hours and up to 600 hours respectively, a 2G and 3G talk time of up to 18 hours and up to 10 hours respectively, a music playback time of up to 94 hours and a video playback time of up to 12 hours. It has a height of 127mm, a width of 64.9mm and a thickness of 9.4mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 137gms and runs on 2G(GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz), 3G(HSDPA 850/900/1700/1900/2100MHz) and 4G(LTE Bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 20) network frequencies. The smartphone is manufactured in a single-aluminum frame with tampered glass on front and back panel. Also, the body is IP55 and IP58 certified dust-resistant and waterproof. It will be available in four beautiful shades which includes White, Pink, Lime and Black at a price little below(between INR 35-40K) their current flagship smartphone, Xperia Z1.

Sony Xperia Z1 Compact has a 4.3-inch, capacitive and multi-touch(up to 10 fingers), IPS LCD TRILUMINOS touchscreen display with a HD resolution of 1280x720 pixels, X-Reality picture engine, Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2, 16M color depth, 342ppi pixel density, shatter-proof and scratch-resistant glass, STAMINA mode, face unlock, gesture input, screenshot capturing, throw and pan & zoom. It has got a RAM of 2GB along with an internal memory of up to 16GB which can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD or microSDXC memory card.
