Samsung Galaxy Core Advance is one of the latest smartphone by Samsung Electronics which was announced in December, 2013 and will be released in the first quarter of 2014. There is no information yet regarding its price or availability in India. It will come in a pack with a charger, a data cable, a headset, an user guide and a removable Li-Ion 2000mAh battery. It has a height of 133.3mm, a width of 70.5mm and a thickness of 9.7mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 145gms and runs on 2G(GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz) and 3G(HSDPA+ 850/900/1900/2100MHz) network frequencies. It will be available in Pearl White and Deep Blue shades.

Samsung Galaxy Core Advance has got a 4.7-inch, multi-touch and TFT capacitive touchscreen display with a WVGA resolution of 480x800 pixels, 16.7M color depth, 199ppi pixel density and Samsung TouchWiz UI. It has also got a RAM of 1GB along with an internal memory of 8GB which can be further expanded up to 64GB via a microSD memory card. It is an Android v4.2, Jelly Bean OS based smartphone with a dual-core 1.2GHz Krait processor and few sensors such as accelerometer, proximity, light and compass and a lot of other features which includes a loudspeaker, a 3.5mm audio jack, a HTML browser, a FM radio, Java via MIDP emulator, an organizer, an audio and a video player with a lot of supported formats, an image/video editor, a document viewer, voice memo/dial, tethering, computer and OTA sync, Sound & Shot, Group Play, S Translator, easy mode, S Voice, instant voice recorder, voice guidance through TTS, voice guidance camera and text reader, screen curtain and many more.

Samsung Galaxy Core Advance has also got a 5.0MP rear camera with a resolution of 2592x1944 pixels, digital zoom, auto focus, LED flash, touch focus and geo-tagging which can even record videos of 720p. It also has a 0.3MP VGA front camera for selfie and video calling. For messaging, it includes SMS, MMS, E-mail, Push mail, IM, RSS and integrated social networking sites along with predictive text input. For connectivity, it has got a GPRS and EDGE, a Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, NFC with S Beam, GPS with A-GPS support and GLONASS, a v2.0 micro USB port, WLAN feature with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Wi-Fi hotspot and high 3G speeds of HSDPA 14.4Mbps and HSUPA 5.76Mbps. It has also got physical keys for frequently used features and dedicated keys for voice recorder, camera, volume, menu, home and power functions.
