Philips is a giant electronic company known for its products like TVs, medical systems, lighting and mobile phones. Philips I928 is a high-end smartphone by company announced in May, 2014. It has a dual SIM configuration which keeps your personal and professional life separate. Designed by using a bar format, it works on Android OS and powerful processor. The box contents of phone includes charger, battery, warranty card, user manual, USB cable and handset.
Display and Design
The front of the phone dominates a 6-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen which provides you bigger and clearer visual without any stress to your eyes. It supports 16 Million display colors and 2.5D curved glass screen. Measurement wise, it has a length of 160.1mm, width of 81.5mm, thickness of 8.2mm and it weighs at 168 grams.
Processor and OS
It runs an outdated version of OS called Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. While under the hood, it packs a 1.7Ghz Octa Core processor, MediaTek MT6592 and Mali 450-MP4 GPU which is coupled with 2GB RAM to carry its tasks.
Camera and Memory
For the photography, this phone brings a 13MP rear camera with dual LED flash and digital zoom. Other camera features are f2.0 aperture, CMOS, white balance, picture quality, picture enhancement and rotation 90 degree steps. It clicks at 2592x1944 pixels resolution. At front, it got 5MP camera for good quality selfies. For storage purpose, it has an in-built memory of 16GB which can be further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
Connectivity and Battery
The device operates on 2G(GSM 1800/1900/900/850 MHz) and 3G (HSDPA 2100 / 900 MHz) network frequencies. It comes loaded with Li-Ion 3300 mAH battery under the hood which delivers maximum talktime of 19 hours and standby time of 600 hours.
