Panasonic T40 is a dual SIM smartphone running on KitKat version of OS. It was announced in October, 2014. It is one of the lowest price Android device available in the market. It comes in a pack with a charger, headset, warranty card, user manual, battery and USB cable.

Display and Design

This bar shaped phone features 4-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen at front which provides a display resolution 800x480 pixels. It has a height of 126mm, width of 62.5mm, thickness of 9mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 117 grams. Below the screen, it has three soft keys for home, back and menu options.

Processor and OS

AT the heart, this phone packs a 1.3GHz Quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM which provide ample room to the data that need fast access. It runs on an Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.

Camera and Memory

T40 comes equipped with a 5MP camera on the back panel with LED flash and digital zoom feature. It is capable of clicking pictures of 2592x1944 pixels resolution. On the other hand, it has 2MP camera on front which clicks 1600x1200 pixels selfies. For the storage purpose, this phone supports 8GB internal memory which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

For the user connectivity, this phone offers Wi-Fi, GPRS and EDGE. It also has a bluetooth to assist in wireless data sharing and microUSB for PC connectivity. To navigate directions, it supports GPS service. It works on both 2G and 3G network frequency. For the day long usage period, it comes loaded with 1500mAh battery under the hood.
