Panasonic Eluga U is a flagship device of Panasonic announced in July, 2014. With this smartphone, the company has started a new series of Eluga. It brings a blend of looks, functionality and portability. The phone has got amazingly good features like the large screen, huge memory and latest operating system.

Display and Dimensions

The phone hosts a 5.0-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen on the front, with a display resolution of 720x1280 pixels for the richer and clearer view. Moreover, it flaunts a 16M colors depth and 294ppi pixel density for the sharper visuals. The screen comes protected with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating and it supports multi-touch gestures. The thickness of the phone is 8mm and it weighs at 141 grams.

This dual SIM device features a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset along with a 2GB RAM to provide an ample room for the data that need fast access. The phone operates on Android 4.2.2 KitKat operating system that provides its users more refined features and improved platform.

The phone brings a wonderful 13MP rear camera for its users to click and save their precious moments. It comes with LED flash, geo-tagging, touch and auto focus features. For the selfies and video calling, a 2MP camera is also present on the front panel. It also allows you to capture 1080p videos at 30 fps. In the terms of storage, it boasts a 16GB internal memory which can be further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
