The Oppo Neo 5 is a mid-ranger smartphone launched last year and now its latest model is also available in the market by the name of Oppo Neo 5 (2015). It is designed by using super fine metallic double layered material. Its shinning back cover provides gentle feel as well as classy appearance. It also receives update in the terms of storage, power and processor. The device is wonderful in all aspects and moreover, it also has dual SIM support. The main rivals of this smartphone are Redmi Note 4G, Micromax Canvas Nitro A311, Honor 4X and Asus Zenfone 5. Let's explore its features below:

Display and Design

The smartphone is designed by using double layer which not only make it thinner device but also prevent it from heat. Its front features a 4.5-inch IPS TFT multitouch capacitive touchscreen which offers a display resolution of 854x480 pixels and 16 Million color depth. The display quality is good as one can enjoy clear and rich videos, movies etc. Measurement wise, it packs a height of 131.9 mm, width of 65.5 mm, thickness of 8.0 mm and it weighs around 135 grams. For the automation of some daily tasks, it also support distance sensor, G-sensor, light sensor and E-compass.

Processor and OS

It is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6582 quad-core processor with Mali-400MP2 GPU and 1 GB RAM. Together it provides lag free service to the user with less power consumption. The operating system version offered in this phone is Color OS 2.0.1 which is based on Android 4.4.2 KitKat version.

Camera and Memory

For the camera lovers, it brings 8 MP camera on the back frame with LED flash and auto-focus feature. It also support scenic modes like Beautify, HDR, Audio photo, Double exposure, Normal and GIF. On the other hand, it has 2 MP camera for front shots. For the storage of data, it comes loaded with 8 GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

It allows you use fast internet through the 2G and 3G network support along with Wi-Fi facility. While, it also has GPS for the navigation purpose and Bluetooth to assist in wireless data sharing. The battery ticking inside the phone is a non-removable Li-Po 2000mAh unit.

The Oppo Neo 5 (2015) comes in very common 'Black' and 'White' color option. It is expected to be priced between 9000 - 10000 which is worth enough according to the set of specification.
