Nokia Lumia 1520 is the newest Nano-SIM phablet by Nokia which was released in US in November 2013 through AT&T carrier exclusively. It will reach the Indian market by the first quarter of 2014 as Nokia India website showing it as a coming soon phablet. It comes in a pack with a Nokia AC-60 microUSB Charger, a Nokia charging and data cable CA-190CD, a Nokia headset WH-208, a quick guide and a SIM door key. It has a non-removable Li-Ion 3400mAh Nokia BV-4BW battery with a stand-by time of up to 768 hours, a 2G and 3G talk time of up to 27.4 hours and 25.1 hours respectively, a music playback time of up to 124 hours, a video playback time of up to 10.8 hours and a Wi-Fi network browsing time of up to 13.6 hours along with the latest feature of wireless charging. It has a height of 162.8mm, a width of 85.4mm and a thickness of 8.7mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 209gms and runs on 2G(GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz), 3G(WCDMA 850/900/1900/2100 MHz) and 4G(LTE bands 1/3/7/8/20) network frequencies. It is available in four shades which includes Yellow, Black, White and Glossy Red.

Nokia Lumia 1520 has a 6.0-inch, capacitive and multi-touch, IPS LCD super-sensitive touchscreen with a Full HD resolution of 1080x1920 pixels, 16 million colors display, 368ppi pixel density, clearblack display, sunlight readability enhancements, Wide viewing angle and Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection with sensors such as orientation, ambient light, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity and magnetometer. It has a 2GB RAM, an internal memory of 32GB which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD memory card and a free SkyDrive cloud storage space of 7GB. It has a Microsoft Windows Phone 8 with Lumia Black OS, a Quad-core 2.2GHz Krait 400 processor, a Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 Chipset and an Adreno 330 GPU.

It also has HTML5 or internet explorer 10 browser, a FM radio and an internet radio, Nokia beamer, WP location sharing, HERE maps, HERE Drive+, GPS with A-GPS support and A-GLONASS, a lot of music apps with a large number of formats, voice recording in MMS and OneNote, an organizer, a document viewer/editor, a photo viewer/editor, a video viewer/editor, voice memo/dials/commands, predictive text input, active noise cancellation with a dedicated mic, a loudspeaker, a 3.5mm jack, dolby headphone sound enhancement and Nokia rich recording with four high-performance digital microphones for directional stereo recording and stunning audio experience in videos.

Nokia Lumia 1520 has a 20MP PureView rear camera with ZEISS optics, auto-focus, 2x High-resolution digital zoom, optical image stabilization, backside-illuminated image sensor, dual LED flash, some add-ons such as bing vision and PhotoBeamer, geo-tagging, face detection, panorama, some apps such as Nokia camera, creative studio, cinemagraph and Nokia storyteller and can play as well as record videos of 1080p@30fps with 3xVideo zoom, stereo audio recording, video light, Nokia video trimmer app and Nokia rich recording with four microphones. It also has a 1.2MP secondary camera with a resolution of 1280x960 pixels, video calling, 720p resolution video recording and image capture. For data, it has a GPRS, EDGE, WLAN feature with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct and Wi-Fi Hotspot, a v4.0 Bluetooth with A2DP, NFC and a v2.0 microUSB port.
