Nokia Asha 502 is one of the latest dual SIM dual standby smartphone by Finnish handset maker Nokia, which was announced at Nokia World in October 2013 and was released in November 2013. It comes in a box with a high-efficiency charger AC-20, a Nokia stereo headset WH-108, a Nokia 4GB microSD card, an user guide and a 3.7V removable Li-Ion 1010mAh Nokia BL-5A battery with a standby time of up to 576 hours, a talk time of up to 13.7 hours, a music playback time of up to 42 hours, a video playback time of up to 12 hours and a cellular network browsing time of up to 16.8 hours. It has a height of 99.6mm, a width of 59.5mm and a thickness of 11.1mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 100gms and runs on 2G(GSM 900/1800MHz) network frequencies. It is available in six shades which includes Red, White, Black, Yellow, Green and Blue at a price of INR 5,739.

Nokia Asha 502 has got a 3.0-inch, capacitive and multi-touch, LCD touchscreen display with a QVGA resolution of 240x320 pixels, 256k color depth, 133ppi pixel density, brightness control, orientation sensor, low power mode and screen double tap. It has also got a RAM of 64MB along with a microSD memory card of 4GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via the same. It is a Nokia Asha software platform 1.1 OS(with Firmware Over-the-Air software update) based smartphone with sensors such as accelerometer and proximity and a lot of other features such as a loudspeaker, a 3.5mm audio jack, a Nokia Xpress browser, a stereo FM radio, a Java MIDP 2.1, a photo editor, an organizer, voice memo, an audio and a video player with a lot of supported formats, cellular and Wi-Fi network positioning, tethering, computer and OTA sync, Java games and many more to indulge.

Nokia Asha 502 has also got a 5.0MP rear camera with a resolution of 2592x1944 pixels, 4xdigital zoom, f/2.4 aperture, 1/4-inch sensor size, 32mm focal length, fixed focus, self-timer, LED flash, auto and manual white balances and can even record videos of 240p@15fps with 4xvideo zoom. For messaging, it includes SMS, MMS, E-mail, IM and integrated social networking sites along with predictive text input. For connectivity, it has got a GPRS and EDGE with max. data speed of 236.8kbps, a Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP, a v2.0 micro USB port and WLAN feature with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n.
