Overview of Nokia 100

Simplicity at its finest: That is what the Nokia 100 offers. This simple phone, which Nokia released in November 2011, is all about personalization with its 20 themes. With its long talk time and compact size, you can enjoy your basic communication needs with this phone.

Design and Build Quality

Nokia 100 is a classic, mono block phone that is very portable and compact. It only weighs 70 grams, and measures 110 millimetres high, 45.5 millimetres wide and 14.9 millimetres thick. The handset is also a ‘green’ phone as it is free of PVC, BFR, rFR and Nickel on the surface. Since it contains 60% recycled materials and comes in a 100% recyclable package, this phone is definitely environment friendly.

User Interface and Comfort to Use

This phone comes with a 1.8-inch screen with 65526 display colors and LCD technology. It also has an alphanumeric keypad with QWERTY input. There are 3 physical keys: scroll, end and call. As for device security, the Nokia 100 comes with a PIN code. This device comes in five colors: coral red, phantom black, ocean blue, festival pink and legion blue.

Telephony and Phonebook

Nokia 100 comes with 8 MB internal memory featuring a Series 30 platform. It is able to support 5 phonebooks and 500 contacts.

Messaging and Emails

While the phone fully supports text messing, it does not support any form of email.

Gallery, Photo Viewer and Video Player

Even with the absence of a still camera, this phone features a gallery wherein you can view images in BMP format.

Nokia 100 does not have a music player. However, it has a FM radio so you can listen to your favourite tunes at real time.
