Overview

Mobile Telesystems (MTS) was founded in 1993, which is the largest mobile operator in Russia. The headquarter of MTS is in Moscow, Russia. MTS holds licences to provide mobile services in Russia Armenia, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan. Presently, MTS is the biggest mobile operator in Central and Eastern Europe. India’s Shyam Group formed Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd. (SSTL) and launched the MTS brand in Tamil Nadu on March 2009 followed by neighboring states of Kerala and West Bengal in April and May respectively. Mr. Vsevolod Rozanov, is the CEO of Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd. Its headquarter is in New Delhi. It provides wireless voice, broadband Internet, messaging and data services in India.
