Microsoft Lumia 430 is a budget friendly windows based smartphone announced in March, 2015. It is a good addition to Microsoft's affordable range of smartphones. It is a dual SIM smartphone which also comes with dual standby option. Microsoft has given good features in this smartphone which is totally justified according to its price. Display and Dimensions

It owns a 4-inch multi-touch capacitive touchscreen (480x800 pixels) translating to a pixel density of 235ppi. It has a color depth of 16 million. It is designed by using a bar format with measurements of 120.5x63.2x10.6 mm and carries a weight of 127.9 grams. Microsoft has added accelerometer and proximity sensors in the device.

Processor and Operating System

Powering the device is a Dual-core Cortex-A7 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz and backed by Qualcomm MSM8210 Snapdragon 200 chipset and Adreno 302 GPU. It is coupled with 1 GB RAM for the purpose of multi-tasking. It runs Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 operating which is upgradable to Windows 10.

Camera and Storage

It comes equipped with a 2 MP rear camera which is able to record 480p videos at 30fps. It also features a front camera of 0.3 MP which is not satisfactory for selfies and video calls. There is an 8 GB internal memory along with microSD expansion for up to 128 GB plus 30 GB of free OneDrive cloud capacity too.

Connectivity and Battery

In terms of connectivity, the dual SIM smartphone supports 3G, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth, microUSB v2.0, GPRS, EDGE and Wi-Fi. It is fueled by Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery which gives you standby time of up to 720 hours over 2G and 3G network.
