The Micromax X640 is a budget device launched by the leading mobile manufacturer, Micromax in May, 2012. It has a Dual SIM configuration and it comes loaded with a entry level features to meet the basic needs of users. The box contents with the phone includes battery, charger, user manual and earphone.

The handset features a 3.2-inch TFT touchscreen which offer bright visuals to its users. It has a length of 113.5mm, a width of 57.5mm and a thickness of 12.2mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 95 grams. The touch gestures on screen responds very beautifully that let you navigate through different operations easily.

Camera and Memory

On the camera front, this budget device doesn't disappoint you, it packs a 2MP camera on the back for capturing special moments. The highest resolution you can set for the pictures is 1600x1200 pixels. It also allows you to record videos of normal quality but it lacks front camera. In the terms of storage, it supports internal memory of 10MB which can also be expanded up to 8GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

It has got GPRS, Wi-Fi, WAP, Opera Mini, Bluetooth and USB port as its connectivity features. The battery ticking inside the phone is of 1000mAh unit which provides a talk time of up to 8 hours and standby time of up to 200 hours.
