Micromax launched its phone X454 in July 2012. This is a dual SIM phone that supports only 2G networks on GSM 900/1800 MHz. Micromax X454 is a bar shaped touchscreen phone with dimensions as 110mm(length), 60mm(width) and 13mm(thickness). It has a standard Li-ion battery of capacity 1000mAH that gives stand by time upto 150hrs and talk time upto 3.5hrs. It has a 0.3MP primary camera with digital zoom that capture images with 640x480 pixels of resolution. It has a TFT screen that supports 65000 colors and gives vertical resolution of 320 pixels and horizontal resolution of 240 pixels. Its TFT screen is 3.2-inch in size and allows multi-touch feature.

For the purpose of entertainment, it supports MP3 player, Video player, FM radio, Voice recorder, image viewer and games. It supports memory cards via micro SD card slot and can accept micro SD cards up to 16GB. It allows messaging and MMS along with the help of T9 dictionary. Internet can be accessed from the device with the help of GPRS and WAP. Other connectivity options available with device are USB and Bluetooth. Other miscellaneous features of phone includes calender, voice dialing, voice memo, sync, alarm clock, organizer and office applications. The phone supports polyphonic, MIDI and MP3 ring tones along with vibrations. It is available in Black color and is priced around INR 3000 only (approx, may vary).
