Micromax X294 is a Dual SIM, Dual Stand-by Bar phone which was announced by Micromax in July 2012 and released in August 2012 with the tag-line of “Razor Thin” because of its super slim and thin shape. It comes in pack with a Battery, a Charger, a USB Cable, an Earphone, a User Guide and a Warranty Card. It operates on 2G frequencies of GSM 900/1800 MHz. It has a height of 120mm, width of 52.8mm and a thickness of 10.1mm as its dimension and a weight of 86gms. It supports only English language and is available in Dark Grey shade only. It has a 800 mAH Li-Poly Battery with a Stand-by time of up to 120 hours and a Talk-time of up to 3 hours. It has a 2.6-inch QVGA TFT Display screen of resolution 176x220 pixels with 65000 Display Colors and 190ppi Pixel Density.

Micromax X294 has an average 0.3 MP VGA rear camera with 640x480 pixels resolution and Digital Zoom which can also play as well as record 3gp and MP4 videos. It has MP3 and Polyphonic ringtones in it with Vibration support. For connectivity, it has Bluetooth, USB port, GPRS and WAP browser. It has normal calling capacity, SMS with T9 Dictionary and MMS capability too. To keep you up to date, it has a Calender and a Clock with Alarm. For storage, it has 1.1MB Internal Memory with an expandable microSD memory card slot of up to 8GB. For entertainment, it has a FM Radio, a MP3 Player and a fair number of Games in it. It also has a Voice Recorder and an Organiser. It also has some pre-installed apps which includes M! Zone, M! Store, Hungry Birds and Kids ABC. It is available at a price of INR 2,180.00 which may slightly differ in different locations.
