Design and Display

The Micromax CG666 is a simple phone with easy to use controls. The front panel of phone bears a TFT display of 2.4-inches which provides a resolution of 320x240 pixels. It has the ability to display 262K colors. The device features an alphanumeric keypad which is well placed beneath the display.

The phone is powered by a 192 MHz processor accompanied by a Qualcomm QSC1105 chip-set. It has a RAM of 128 MB and ROM of 256 MB. Memory expansion is also possible in the phone up to 8 GB with the help of a micro SD card. It is based on Micromax's REX operating system.

This dual SIM device (GSM + CDMA) operates at the frequencies of GSM 900/1800 MHz and CDMA 800 MHz. The phone is featured with a SMS service along with T9 dictionary for messaging.
