By AmritMicromax Canvas Tab P666 is an ordinary Android tablet which got announced in November, 2014. This is the first device by Micromax which runs on Intel processor. It is a voice calling tablet which falls under the range of budget friendly devices. The box contents include a charger, tablet, headset, USB cable, battery, user manual and warranty card.
Display and Dimensions
It supports a large 8- inch HD IPS multi- touch display which offers a resolution of 1280x800 pixels and a pixel density of 189ppi. The screen is good for web browsing and reading but may not be noticeable for movies and games. It has a glass finished body with aluminium edges thereby having a soft but beautiful look. It carries a weight of 310.5 grams and holds a thickness of 7.9mm.
Processor and Operating System
At its heart, it is backed by a 1.2 GHz Dual- Core processor accompanied with Intel Atom Z2520 chipset. The rich graphics are supported by PowerVR SGX544 GPU which makes sure that one can enjoy videos and games smoothly on the large panel. It is assisted by a 1GB RAM in order to have smooth experience.
