Micromax has introduced Canvas Silver 5, the company's new slimmest smartphone in canvas series. The company has claimed that it is the World's slimmest smartphone. While we have phones from other companies such as Vivo, Oppo and Gionee thinner than Micromax's new smartphone. Other notable feature of this smartphone is that it is lighter in weight only 97 grams. It supports single Nano SIM. This smartphone comes with double data offer offered by Airtel company to Airtel customers for 3 months. Other interesting strategic policy which is adopted by the Micromax this time is that they introduced Onsite Care service which will pick up your phone for service and delivers within 7 days. Design and Display

It features a 4.8-inch HD AMOLEDdisplay with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 1280x720 pixels of screen resolution. The Micromax Canvas Silver 5 is intelligently designed, a 5.1 mm thin body with lighter weight and easily fit into your hands. The frame of this slimmest phone is made of aircraft grade of aluminium. According to company sources it is first 4G LTE phone below 100 grams. It has robust body which made it strong and durable. No worries about scratches because there is Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection which protects your phone from any damage related to screen. Even the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 also makes this smartphone slimmer by 42.8% as compared to ordinary glass by integrating its touch response layer into the display itself using Oncell technology. The device measures 141.9x68.1x5.1mm. Display is exceptionally good and you can experience brilliance in HD screen.
