Micromax Bolt A59 is the latest dual SIM dual standby budget smartphone by Micromax which was announced in December 2013. It comes in a box with a USB cable, charger, user guide, warranty card, headset and a removable Li-Ion 1500mAh battery with a standby time of up to 160 hours and a talk time of up to 4.5 hours. It has a height of 135mm, a width of 67mm and a thickness of 10mm as its dimensions and runs on 2G(GSM 900/1800MHz) and 3G(WCDMA 2100MHz) network frequencies. It is available in Black shade at a price of INR 4542.

Micromax Bolt A59 has a 3.5-inch capacitive TFT touchscreen display with a HVGA resolution of 320x480 pixels and 16M color depth. It has a RAM of 256MB and a ROM of 512MB out of which 135MB is its internal memory which can be further expanded up to 16GB via a microSD memory card. It is an Android v4.1.2, Jelly Bean OS based smartphone with a single-core 1.0GHz Cortex A5 processor, a Mali 300 GPU, a Spreadtrum SC7710 chipset, gravity sensor and a lot of other features such as Java support, a 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio, a loudspeaker, an audio player with supported formats such as MP3, WAV, AMR, AAC and MID, a video player with supported formats such as H.263, H.264, MPEG4, MP4, M4V, 3GPP, 3GPP2 and WMV, a lots of games, an organizer, an image viewer/editor, Kingsoft Office, Hike, Spuul, opera mini browser, Mi Live and many more to indulge yourself.

Micromax Bolt A59 has also got a 2.0MP rear camera with a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels, digital zoom, LED flash and can record videos of 640x480 pixels. It also has a 0.3MP front VGA camera for video calling. For connectivity, it has got a class 12 GPRS and EDGE, a v2.0 microUSB port, a v2.1 Bluetooth with EDR, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and 3G speeds of HSDPA 5.76Mbps and HSUPA 7.2Mbps. For messaging, it has SMS, MMS, E-mail, IM and social networking sites along with predictive text input.
