LG Optimus F6 D500 is a Micro-SIM smartphone launched exclusively by South Korean company LG in US in September 2013 on T-Mobile carrier. The phone has a stylish design featuring a QuickButton which is an informative Home Button LED and a sleek back cover with a reflective gradation pattern in beautiful Indigo Black. It has a height of 127.8mm, a width of 65.8mm and a thickness of 10.2mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 126gms and runs on 2G(GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz), 3G(UMTS 850/1700/1900/2100 MHz) and 4G(LTE 700/1700/1900/2100 MHz) frequencies. It comes in a pack with a Li-Ion 2460mAh battery with SIO+ High density technology which provides a 3G standby time of up to 480 hours and 3G talk time of up to 8 hours, a charger, a USB cable, a stereo headset with a 3.5mm jack and a Quick User Guide. It also has a 4.5-inch, Capacitive and Multi-touch, HD IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 540x960 pixels, 16 millions colors display, 245ppi pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection along with proximity and ambient light sensors. It is available in Black shade only.

LG Optimus F6 D500 is an Android v4.1.2, Jelly Bean based smartphone with a Dual-core 1.2GHz Krait Processor, Qualcomm MSM8930 Snapdragon Chipset, Adreno 305 GPU and sensors such as accelerometer, compass and gravity. It has a RAM of 1GB and an internal memory of 4GB which can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD memory card slot. For entertainment, it has a video player with Touch Lock and Resume Play Function and can support DivX, MP4, 3GP and 3G2 formats, a music player which can support MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA and WAV formats and has a loudspeaker and a 3.5mm jack, a SmartShare feature  to share media wirelessly to DLNA enabled devices and a Media Sync(MTP) feature which can transfer files or synchronize with Windows Media Player via USB Cable.

LG Optimus F6 D500 has a 5.0MP rear camera with a resolution of 2592x1944 pixels, digital zoom, auto focus, touch focus, LED flash, BSI sensor, geo-tagging, face detection, panorama, HDR, continuous shot, Normal and Portrait+ Modes and can play as well as record videos of . It also has a 1.3MP front camera with digital zoom for video chat. For connectivity, it has a Class 12 GPRS, EDGE, WLAN feature with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, DLNA, Wi-Fi Direct and Wi-Fi Hotspot, a v4.0 Bluetooth with A2DP and LE, NFC and a v2.0 microUSB port.
