Lava Iris 506Q is a smartphone by Lava which was appeared in the market a few months before. It is a Dual-SIM smartphone with 2G frequencies of GSM 900/1800 MHz and 3G frequencies of HSDPA 2100 MHz. It has a Li-Po 2000mAH battery with a stand-by time of up to 230 hours and a 2G and 3G talk time of up to 5 hours and 4 hours respectively. It has a height of 143mm, a width of 73mm and a thickness of 8.9mm as its dimensions and has a microSD memory card slot of up to 4GB. It has an internal memory of 4GB and a RAM of 512MB along with all the basic features such as calling, SMS, MMS, E-Mail, Push E-Mail, IM and SNS integration.

Lava Iris 506Q has a 5.0-inch, capacitive and multi-touch, TFT touchscreen of resolution 540x960 pixels and 16 million colors display. It has a Dual-core 1.2GHz Processor and v4.2, Jelly Bean Android OS. For data and connectivity, it has GPRS, EDGE, WLAN with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS with A-GPS support, Bluetooth with A2DP, WAP browser and a USB port. It also has a lot of other features to keep you pretty much occupied. It is available in Black shade only and has a lot of games too.

Lava Iris 506Q has a 5.0MP primary camera with a resolution of 2592x1944 pixels, 4x digital zoom, auto-focus, LED flash, geo-tagging, HDR, smile detection and panorama mode and can play and record videos of 1280x720p@15fps. It also has a 0.3MP front camera with a resolution of 640x480 pixels.  It has an audio player, a video player, a FM radio, a loudspeaker and a 3.5mm jack. It also some sensors such as accelerometer, IR gesture, light, proximity and compass. It has its price between INR 10,900-12,500.
