Karbonn is one of the leading brands that deals with the production and sales of mobile phones. Karbonn is a joint venture between Bangalore-based UTL Group and Delhi-based Jaina Group. The company has introduced the A25 Plus, a dual SIM phone in April, 2014. The box content includes a handset, headset, battery, charger, USB cable and user manual. Design and Display

Karbonn A25 Plus has a stylish outlook which can be easily mistaken as one of the Samsung phones. On the other hand, it requires careful handling while holding longer conversations due to its large size. It measures 146.0mm in height, 78.6mm in width and 10.5mm in thickness and weighs 150 grams only. The smartphone comes with a nice wide FWVGA touchscreen of 5.0-inches which provides a resolution of 854x480 pixels. It also features three soft touch keys for options, home and back. The phone has accelerometer, proximity, ambient light and 3D G-sensors.

The Karbonn A25 Plus is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor and a RAM of 512 MB. The phone has an internal memory 4 GB which can be expanded to another 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card. The Karbonn A25 Plus runs on the Android v4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

Karbonn A25 Plus is a dual SIM device that operates on GSM 900/1800MHz frequencies. Phonebook has the capacity to store an unlimited number of contacts. The SMS, MMS, email and IM are the messaging and emailing facilities available for the A25 Plus. The phone is featured with T9 dictionary and predictive text input which helps in typing.

The phone comes with music player and FM radio for the entertainment of the users and supports the MP3, AMR, WAV and AAC audio formats. The phone is also featured with a video player and recorder. There is a 3.5 mm audio jack available for the device. It also comes pre-loaded with Google search, Gmail, Google talk, we-chat, whats-app, kingsoft office, you-tube and Google maps.

The connectivity attributes of the A25 Plus includes the EDGE, GPRS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hands-free, Bluetooth v4.0 and micro USB v2.0. The A-GPS support is also there for navigation. The A25 Plus is equipped with a Li-Ion 1800 mAh battery that lasts longer even with extensive use.
