Jolla's Tablet With Jolla Sailfish OS

Jolla is a Finland based mobile company which develops and design various mobile phones and tablets. Jolla Tablet is a new offering by the company announced in November, 2014. It shares its screen resolution with Nokia's N1 tablet. It packs a decent configuration and its looks make it stand out in a crowd.

Display and Design

This elegant looking tablet features a 7.85-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display of 1536x2048 pixels resolution. It responds very beautifully to the touch gestures and is capable of 5 points multi touch. The screen has a pixel density of 330 ppi which let you experience true life clarity. As far as looks go, it is stylish and fab device. It also come built with sensors like light, accelerometer, proximity. Measurement wise, it holds a height of 203mm, width of 137mm, thickness of 8.3mm and it weighs at 384 grams.

Processor and OS

At the heart of Jolly Tablet resides a 1.8GHz Quad-core Intel Atom processor coupled with 2GB RAM to make operations a speedy affair. It runs on company's own Jolla Sailfish 2.0 operating system.

Camera and Memory

To let you click and save you memorable time, it comes equipped with 5MP primary camera which provides a picture of 2592x1944 pixels resolution. It can shoot 1080p video at 60 frames per second. There is also a 2MP secondary camera available on the tablet for selfies. In the terms of storage, it supports internal memory of 32GB along with a same unit of expandable memory via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

Jolla tablet offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n dual band support, 4.0 Bluetooth and GPS as its connectivity features. While, the tablet received a day long back up power by a 4300mAh battery.

Multimedia

The device sports music player, games for the entertainment purpose and it also come pre-loaded with social apps like Facebook and Twitter. Other productive tools like calendar, clock, organiser are also present on the tablet.
