Intex Cloud Y10 was announced in April, 2014 in India. It will be available in the markets soon. It is a Dual SIM (GSM + GSM ) phone with Dual Standby support, so it lets you to work on two different networks at the same time. The box contents includes a handset, charger, earphone, USB cable, user manual and warranty card.

Display and Dimensions

The phone is designed using a bar format. It has a height of 124 mm, a width of 64 mm and a thickness of 12 mm as its dimensions. The front features a 4 inches WVGA capacitive touchscreen, that provide a resolution of 800x480 pixels.

User Interface and Comfort to Use

It has been powered by 1 GHz Dual Core processor and 256 MB RAM. On the storage part, it has an internal memory of 14.4 MB which can be expanded up to 32 GB with a microSD slot. The phone operates on the Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean Operating System. It also avails Accelerometer and Proximity sensors that help in effective operations.

Camera and Image Quality

The phone has a rear camera of 2 MP with Zoom facility, that provide a resolution of 640x480 pixels. It also has a VGA front camera.

Entertainment

It features music player, video player, image viewer and video recorder for entertainment. User can also tune to FM radio or can play games. It has in-built Angry Gorilla and Zombie Quest games. Various ringtones have been availed with the phone. Plus availability of loudspeaker, further enhances its performance.

Connectivity Options and Battery Life

The device comes with connectivity options for 3G, 2G, GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB and Handsfree. The device comes equipped with a Li-ion battery of 1300 mAh.

Verdict

The positive points for Intex Cloud Y10 is the 3G  support and Dual SIM feature at a low price. On the other hand, low RAM and average battery will affects its performance.
