Cheap and Good for Normal Use
By SukhleeniBall Andi4 IPS Velvet got announced in May, 2014 in India. It features Dual SIM ( GSM + GSM ) facility with Dual stand-by support that lets you to stay connected with two networks at the same time. The box contents includes a handset, battery, charger, earphone, USB cable, user manual and warranty card.
Design and Display
The phone is designed using a bar format. It has got a 4 inches, capacitive IPS touchscreen that provide a resolution of 800x480 pixels.
Hardware and Software
It is powered by 1.3 GHz Dual Core Cortex A7 Advanced processor and 256 MB RAM. On the storage part, it has an internal memory of 2 GB which can be expanded up to 32 GB with a microSD slot. The phone operates on the Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean Operating System. It has special user interface with multiple themes available. It also avails 3D G sensor to have effective operations.
Telephony and Messaging
The device operates on 2G ( GSM 900 / 1800 MHz ) frequency. For messaging, it supports SMS, MMS, Email and IM. It also has the T9 dictionary that facilitates in typing. The phone comes with the auto call recording feature.
Camera
iBall Andi4 IPS Velvet has a rear camera of 5 MP that provide a resolution of 2560x1920 pixels. The camera comes with Zoom and LED Flash features. It also has a 0.3 MP front camera.

The device has connectivity options for GPRS, Wi-Fi, EDGE, Bluetooth and USB. It also has GPS with A-GPS support that helps in navigation. It comes packed with a Li-ion battery of 1300 mAh.

Conclusion
iBall Andi4 IPS Velvet has fine features but lacks in providing sufficient RAM and 3G support.
