Huawei T520 is a basic bar shaped phone launched in February, 2011. It is a simple looking phone available at a very cheap price. It arrives in two shades like Black and Grey. It operates on 2G (GSM 900/1800 MHz) network frequency. The company has designed this budget friendly device by using a bar format. The box contents comprises a handset, battery and charger and does not come with a USB cable, user manual and warranty card.

The phone features a 1.5 inch CSTN display which supports 65 million colors. The rear panel of the device is dominated by a VGA camera that gives a resolution of 640x480 pixels. It does not have front camera for the purpose of video calls and selfies. Talking about the dimensions, It has got a length of 105mm, a width of 45.1mm and a thickness of 15.2mm. It is a light device that carries a weight of 80 grams. As far as battery backup is concerned, it is powered by Li-Ion 800 mAh that provides a talk-time of 4 hours as well as stand-by time of 400 hours.

For connectivity, Huawei T520 has few options such as WAP, handsfree and GPRS. The multimedia features include a FM radio, games and loudspeaker. It supports only SMS service for messaging purpose. The phonebook has the capacity to store 200 contacts and SMS in its memory.
