Large Screen Metal-Clad Phablet BY Huawei
By AmritHuawei launched large screen metal-clad phablet called the Huawei C199S in February, 2015. It is a dual SIM smartphone which is available in only single shade. The company has designed this device with 5.5- inch screen, 13 MP primary camera, 5 MP front camera, Li-Po 3000 mAh battery and 16 GB internal memory. For further details, lets have a look at the review of this device.
Display and Dimensions
It has a large 5.5 inch IPS HD capacitive display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. It shows off a color depth of 16 Million and has a pixel density of 267 ppi. The display is crystal clear and sharp through which you can enjoy videos and can play games comfortably and easily. The keys such as power button, volume keys and microSD space options are available in the right edge of the device. On the top edge there is 3.5 mm jack for audio output, whereas in the bottom edge microUSB port is present for charging and data sharing with PC's and laptop. It is a multi- touch device which has a height of 153.5 mm, a width of 77.3 mm and a thickness of 7.6 mm. It weighs at 167 grams.
Processor and Operating System
It is configured with a 64- bit octa- core Snapdragon 615 (MSM8928) processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, coupled with 2 GB of RAM. It works on Android v4.4 KitKat operating system.
Camera and Storage
The phablet poses a 13 MP auto-focus rear shooter along with LED flash which can be able to shoot 1080p videos, while there is a 5 MP front shooter which is able to shoot amazing selfies at a resolution of 2592x1944 pixels. The 16 GB internal memory on the device is expandable through microSD card (up to 32GB).
Connectivity and Battery
Connectivity options on the phablet include GPS, Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi, EDGE and GPRS. It is backed by Li-Po 3000 mAh battery, which is rated to offer a talktime of up to 7 hours as well as standby time of up to 200 hours.
