Camera
HP Slate6 VoiceTab is a dual SIM tablet that supports both 2G and 3G network. It was announced in January 2014 and released in February in the same year. The multi-touch device arrived in Black shade with a price tag of Rs.22,990.
Display and Dimensions
It is fitted with a 6-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen bearing resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, resulting in a pixel density of 245 ppi. It has a length of 165mm, width of 83.2mm, thickness of 8.8 mm and carries a weight of 160 grams. The device is packed with accelerometer, compass, proximity and gyro sensors.
Storage
HP Slate6 VoiceTab comes with 16GB internal storage option along with a memory card slot to expand it further upto 64GB. It's storage capacity is enough to store files, documents, songs and movies.
Processor and Operating System
The tablet is powered by Quad-core Marvell PXA1088 processor clocked at 1 GHz complemented by 1 GB RAM for smooth performance and it runs on Android OS, v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system.
Camera
The Slate6 VoiceTab gets a auto focus 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and Geo-tagging, face detection, touch focus and panorama features. It also poses a 2 mega-pixel at the front for video calling functionality.
Connectivity and Battery
In terms of connectivity, it includes GPRS, EDGE, bluetooth v3.0, microUSB v2.0 and GPS. It has been fueled with a Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery which provides a talk-time of 6 hours and 33 minutes and will require to charge the device at least once a day.
Entertainment
It is a good device when it comes to multimedia. It features FM radio, music player, video player, image viewer, SNS integration, Java and 3.5mm audio jack for the purpose of entertainment. The users can send and receive SMS, MMS, IM, Email and Push Email which are one of the fast source of conveying messages around the world. The tablet is provided with some common features like calendar, clock, alarm clock and active noise cancellation.
