Design and Display

This is a touchscreen phone with a curved and stylish body. It has 131 mm of height, 56 mm of width and 11.8 mm of thickness as its dimensions. Its front comprises of 3.5 inches screen and four soft touch buttons for easy access.

Telephony and Memory

The device works on the Proprietary Operating System and operates on dual band GSM 900 / 1800 MHz frequencies. The phone supports two GSM connections, but you can use only one at a time. It houses 128 MB of RAM and 64 MB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 16 GB with a microSD slot.

Calling and Messaging

On the messaging part, user can do SMS and Email. The phone can store 100 SMS and 300 phonebook records in its memory. For calling, it has features like smart answering, direct calling, mute option, handsfree and conference call.

Camera

For the click happy, there is a 2 MP camera which can take pictures at a maximum of 1200x1600 pixels. The camera quality is good at normal light conditions but it would let you down in low light conditions as there is no flash support in the camera.

Hi-Tech HT 810i is GPRS and EDGE enabled. The phone also has a bluetooth but lacks A2DP support. Both the GPRS and bluetooth function smoothly. User can also use the USB feature to transfer files from laptop to phone and vice-versa. It has the pre-installed Yahoo, Google, OneBrowser and Internet Explorer for surfing internet. It houses a Li-ion battery of 1450 mAh which gives decent battery backup.
