Indian smartphone manufacturer Hi-tech announced low-budget smartphone in March, 2015. It is believed to be the most pocket friendly handset having a quad-core processor. The support for 3G is another attraction considering its nominal price. It is reportedly the most budget friendly quad-core in India till today.
