GooPhone N4 is a KitKat based android smartphone announced in August, 2014. It supports Micro-SIM and is designed by using a bar format. It also supports multi-languages and is available in two shades: Black and White at price of $169.99. It comes in a pack with a charger, battery, handset, earphone, USB cable, user manual and warranty card.

Display and Dimensions

The phone features a 5.7-inch FHD capacitive touchscreen that flaunts a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and color depth of 16 million. The bar shaped device weighs at 189 grams.

Processor and Operating System

The device runs on Android v4.4, KitKat operating system. Under the hood, ticks a 1.3GHz Cortex A7 Quad core processor along with MediaTek MT6592 chipset and ARM Mali-450 MP4 GPU backed by 2GB RAM.

Camera and Storage

Coming to the camera optics, the smartphone packs a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, digital zoom and HD video recording capabilities and a 5MP front camera for video calls. The primary camera flaunts a resolution of 4128x3096 pixels. On the other side, the secondary camera comes provided with a resolution of 2592x1944 pixels. The GooPhone N4 comes loaded with 16GB on-board storage along with T Flash card. The user can store 500 contacts in its phonebook memory.

Connectivity and Battery

The smartphone includes a smart set of connectivity attributes such as A-GPS, GPS, bluetooth v2.0, USB, GPRS, WAP, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and handsfree connectivity. It is powered by a 3200 mAh battery.

The GooPhone N4 comes equipped with several entertaining options like 3G, 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio, image viewer, music player, voice recording, video player and games. The formats supported by the audio player includes MP3/WAV/AMR/AWB and the video formats supported by the device comprises 3GP/MPEG4. Other features offered by the company includes alarm clock, organiser, clock, calendar, play store and SNS integration.
