Android Based Smartphone With Amazing Features

Google Nexus 6 is an Android based smartphone announced in October, 2014. It has got amazingly good features which expands the horizon of your expectation with large screen, customized user interface and full multimedia entertainment. In addition to this, Google has also launched Nexus 5 and 9 in the nexus series. The sales package with phone includes handset, charger, earphone, USB cable, user manual, battery and warranty card.

Display and Design

Nexus 6 features a big 6-inch Quad HD display which gives you a clear and rich visuals of pictures, videos and texts. It has a display resolution of 2560x1440 pixels along with 16Million color depth and 493ppi pixel density. It also comes coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection to avoid any scratches and crack. Measurement wise, the phone has a length of 159.3mm, width of 83mm, thickness of 10.1mm along with a weight of 184 grams.

Processor and OS

Powering the device is a 2.7GHz quad core processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset and Adreno 420 GPU. It is coupled with 3GB RAM which provides ample room to the data that require fast access. It runs on an Android 4.5 Lollipop operating system which is a latest version of OS.

Camera and Memory

For the camera lovers, it brings an auto-focus 13MP rear camera with features like LED flash, dual recording, photo sphere, HDR, optical stabilization and digital Zoom. It offers a picture resolution of 4128x3096 pixels. On the other hand, it packs 2.1MP camera on front panel for the front shots of 1600x1200 pixels resolution. For the storage purpose, it has two options for internal memory including 32GB and 64GB, but it lacks microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

For the user connectivity, this phone offers Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE along with a Bluetooth to assist in wireless data sharing and USB port for the PC connectivity. To navigate the directions, it also offers NFC and GPS service. Under the hood, it comes loaded with Li-Po 3220mAh battery that delivers maximum talk time of upto 24 hours and maximum standby time of upto 330 hours.

Multimedia & Other Features

Nexus 6 packs a FM Radio, video player, games and music player to keep you entertain and busy. It allows you to send SMS, MMS, Email, Push mail as its messaging features. Some social apps like Facebook and Twitter are also come pre-loaded in this phone. Other features of the phone includes alarm clock, organiser, document editor and calendar.

Google Nexus 6 comes in two color options including Midnight Blue and Cloud White and it is priced at Rs. 44000 (32GB version) and Rs. 49000 (64GB version) approximately.
