By AlkaGoogle is an American multi-national company mainly specialized in internet related services and products. Google released it's first Android smartphone under company name Nexus One on January 5, 2010 and company selected HTC to build handsets. This year ,Google is expected to unveil another Nexus tablet that might be known as Google Nexus 9. Let's take a closer look on it's specifications.
Display and Design
Google Nexus 9 4G LTE is a rumored tablet which is announced in June, 2014. HTC Volantis is an another name for Google Nexus 9. It is expected that phone has a silver aluminum uni-body and amazing features. The device is manufactured by Taiwanese mobile manufacturer HTC. It has 8.9-inch display with screen resolution of 2048x1400 pixels. It has dimensions of 226.3x151.9x 7.9 mm. At 281 ppi it supports 16 million display colors for sharp display.
Camera
The tablet will use an 8 MP rear camera with features like optical image stabilization, Auto-focus, LED-flash, geo-tagging, touch-focus and face detection etc. with image resolution of 3264x2448 pixels. It will also attempt to sell a 3 MP front facing camera for video calling and self-portrait.
Processor
According to sources, the tablet will use Quad-core 64-bit Tegra K1 processing chip from NVIDIA that spins at top frequency of 2.2 GHz. It is expected to have a RAM of 2GB or 3GB. It is available in 16/32GB internal memory options. With these two in-built memory options company is not providing any memory slot for memory expansion.
Connectivity
It is expected that the tablet works on 2G GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz , 3G HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 MHz and 4G LTE 800 / 1800 / 2600 MHz frequencies. Other featured rumors on connectivity front includes Bluetooth v4.0, A2DP, USB microUSB v2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual-band, GPRS, EDGE etc.
Shades and Pricing
The Nexus 9 will truly give a tough competition to its rivals on its release. It is reported to have its debut launch in Autumn 2014. It is expected that it would be available in two color options Black and White. As for pricing, a 16 GB model will cost around Rs. 23842, 32 GB will be Rs. 29817 and a 32 GB model with 4G support is expected to cost above Rs. 35850.
