Fly is an European mobile company established in 2003. Company has launched this mobile phone in March, 2010. It is a Dual SIM GSM mobile phone. The phone comes with charger, handset, battery, user manual, headphone and warranty card as its box contents.
Design and Display
Fly V180 DS is a bar phone featuring alphanumeric keypad. It has a 1.8-inch TFT screen with screen resolution of 128 x 160 pixels. It is a small handset which can easily fit in your hands. It has a length of 107 mm, width of 44 mm and thickness of 14mm. It is a light weight phone weighs around 90 gm. It is an entry level basic phone for people who wants simple phone. Big buttons on keypad are easy and simple to use.
Hardware and Software
As it is a basic phone so, it runs on Proprietary Operating System. This basic phone is equipped with only 250 KB of internal memory which can be further increased up to 4GB by using MicroSD card slot. It has capacity to store 800 contacts in its phonebook memory. It has low capacity for SMS storage.
Camera and Multimedia
The mobile phone is equipped with 0.1 MP of camera with image resolution of 352x288 pixels which is not an ideal option for image capture. The phone has a support for Wireless FM, video player and MP3 ringtones. Other features are torch, hindi language, screen switch effect, main menu switching effects, mobile tracker, ebook reader.
Battery
It is powered by a Li-ion 1200mAh battery which offer its users a talk-time upto 9 hrs and standby time upto 250 hrs.
Shades and Price
It is available in Black color option only and priced at just for Rs. 1775 (may vary).
