The company designs and develops attractive, innovative and affordable mobile phones. The Life Play X is a dual SIM smartphone which was released in January, 2014. Design and Display

The Life Play X is a stylish smartphone as far as looks are concerned. The sheer slimness and compact form factor makes the phone easy to fit in most palms. It has got a height of 137mm, width of 68.4mm and thickness of 7.9mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 125grams. The front panel is dominated by a LED back-lit IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen of 4.7-inches which is crafted using a BLU Infinite view and Nex lens technology. It has a multi-touch input method and the capacity to display 16 Million colors. The accelerometer, gyro, compass and proximity sensors are also there.

Hardware and Software

The smartphone is powered by a Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A7 processor accompanied by a MediaTek MT6589T chip-set and PowerVR SGX544 GPU to ensure a smart performance. It has a RAM of 1 GB and an internal storage of 16 GB which can be expanded to another 64 GB with the use of a micro SD card. It is based on the Android v4.2 Jelly Bean platform.

Telephony and Messaging

This dual SIM smartphone operates at frequencies of GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and HSDPA 2100 MHz networks. The user can store a huge number of contacts to its phonebook memory. The SMS, MMS, IM, email and push mail are the messaging facilities available for the device.

The camera uses BLU Bright+ technology for clearer and sharper pictures.

The connectivity attributes of the device include GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth v4.0, micro USB v2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Hotspot and 3G facilities. It also supports GPS and A-GPS for navigation. It is fueled by a Li-ion 1800 mAh battery which assures you a talk-time up to 18 hours and standby time up to 780 hours on 2G network while a talk-time up to 16 hours and standby time up to 700 hours on 3G network.
