The Classic has a signature Blackberry design that not only looks good but even feels good to hold. This bar shaped device is easy to use and handle. The phone comes with a capacitive touchscreen of 3.46-inches which provides a resolution of 720x720 pixels and a 291 ppi pixel density. It also features a qwerty keypad with well placed hard keys. It has accelerometer, compass, gyro and proximity sensors.
The Blackberry Classic is equipped with a powerful Dual-core 1.5 MHz processor and a Qualcomm MSM8960 chip-set. It has a RAM of 2GB and an internal memory of 16 GB which can be expanded up to 128 GB via micro SD card. It is based on the Blackberry 10.3.1 operating system that has the ability to handle apps that are thrown on its way.
The Classic operates on 2G (GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz), 3G (HSDPA 850/900/1900/2100 MHz) and 4G(LTE 700/850/1700/1900/2100/2600 MHz) network frequencies. For messaging, the phone is featured with SMS, MMS, email, push mail, IM and BBM 6. It also features predictive text input in order to facilitate typing.
