Ringing Bells, a 4 month old Noida based Indian start up has launched the world's most affordable smartphone – The Freedom 251, which comes at a very low cost of Rs 251 only! The phone features a 4-inch qHD IPS display, 1 GB RAM and a 3.2 MP + .3 MP camera. All these features at just Rs 251. Sounds unbelievable right? Well, there's more! The Freedom 251 also comes with the latest version on android (Lollipop 5.1), with Whatsapp, Facebook and Youtube pre-installed.

If you're worried that the Freedom 251 won't be durable, well, to put your mind to an ease, the company also offers a 1 year warranty on their 251 rupee smartphone. A similar spec phone from Samsung would at least cost Rs 6000!
