Alcatel is a Mobile brand that manufactures cellphones by a joint venture company Alcatel-Lucent of France and TCL Communication of China which was started in April 2004. Alcatel designs and manufactures mobile phones, smartphones that has all the android features in it. Another phone which hits the market is Alcatel One Touch Hero 2.
