Maximus has released the Maximus MAX 950 a new smartphone in December, 2013. It has a large TFT display of 5.0-inch with a resolution of 960x540 pixels. It supports 2G (GSM 900/1800 MHz) network frequency. The pack includes a Handset, Charger, Battery, USB Cable, Earphone, User Manual and Warranty Card. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz, dual-core processor along with a 512 MB of RAM. The device operates on Android v4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It has an internal storage of 4GB which can be expanded with the help of micro SD card up to 32GB. The phone comes with a dual SIM (GSM + GSM) support.

The phone has a rear camera of 5MP which is featured with digital zoom. The primary camera provides a photo resolution of 2592x1944 pixels. The phone has a secondary camera of 1.3MP. The front camera enables the user to video calling. Maximus MAX 950 has a connectivity options like Bluetooth v4.0, HTML browser, GPRS, EDGE, GPS, micro USB and Wi-Fi 802.11. The device is featured with A-GPS which helps in navigation and location detection.

Maximus MAX 950 has a music and MPEG4 video player for entertainment. It is also featured with a video recorder. The smartphone comes pre-loaded with some of the Google apps like Google search, G mail, Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter, You-tube, Yahoo mail and games for entertainment.

Maximus MAX 950 is available in Black color only. The device is equipped with a Li-Ion 2000mAh battery to ensure better usage time. All in all Maximus MAX 950 is a featured and budget phone with a smart look.
