Intex Fame 301 is a latest feature phone announced by Intex in April, 2015. It comes with a simplistic look to fulfill the basic need of users. It is fact that smartphones are in more demand now but some of users still prefer feature mobiles. The Fame 301 comes with a 2.4-inch display, keypad, Li-Ion 1000mAH battery, 0.3 MP camera, Dual SIM support, expandable memory support and many more at quite reasonable price tag that any class of user can easily afford this phone. All in all, it's a perfect phone for the basic use.

Display and Dimensions

The front frame of the phone comes with a 2.4-inch TFT screen at the upper half, below which there is an alphanumeric keypad. The screen resolution offered in the phone is a 320x240 pixels. The device is light in weight with 78 grams and it packs a height of 120.5 mm, width of 50 mm along with a thickness of 12.8 mm. It fits very easily in one's hand and offer comfort of use.

Camera and Memory

Being a budget phone, it doesn't disappoint its users in the terms of camera, as it has 0.3 MP camera at the back which is fitted very beautifully at the extreme left differentiate with Red color. It provides a picture resolution of 640x480 pixels. For the storage, it supports expandable memory of up to 32 GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity features of the phone includes GPRS, Bluetooth v2.1, microUSB and handsfree connectivity. The battery ticking inside the phone is a Li-Ion 1000mAh which is rated to deliver a 2G talktime of up to 10 hours and standby time of up to 300 hours.

Messaging and Other Features

It supports 3.5 mm jack, FM Radio, games, music player, video player etc. to keep you entertained in idle time. Other productivity tools like calendar, calculator, organiser, alarm clock are also present in the phone. It allows SMS facility as its messaging feature.
