Stylish & Performance Oriented Smartphone

HTC is a successful brand in smartphone industry. It has contributed lots of featured rich smartphones in the Indian market. The Desire series of HTC has several budget to high-end smartphones in its list. The HTC Desire 826X is one of the member of this series that falls in mid-range smartphone category. It offers a large screen, Lollipop operating system, dual SIM support, Octa-core processor, 2 GB RAM and 13 MP camera. It is best option for the buyers who want stylish yet performance oriented smartphone. Well, the One series of HTC also have many rich-featured devices, so if your budget is above 30K you can opt One series smartphone also.

Display and Design

The Desire 826X features a 5.5-inch S-LCD 3 touchscreen at front with a array of sensors and camera at the center of bezel. It doesn't support physical buttons on bottom bezel, it has three soft keys inside the screen. The screen provides true life clarity while watching videos, pictures, games etc., with 16Million color depth and 401ppi pixel density. Measurement wise, it has a height of 158mm, width of 77.5mm, thickness of 8mm and it weighs at 183 grams.

Processor and OS

Processing power to the device is provided by an Octa-core (Quad core, 1.7 GHz, Cortex A53 + Quad core, 1 GHz, Cortex A53 processor) and 2GB RAM. Together, it handle all the operations with ease and provide lag free service to the users. The operating system version offered in this handset is an Android 5.0.1 Lollipop.

Camera and Memory

It brings an 13MP secondary and primary camera for the photography. It is one the rarest feature HTC bring. As 13MP main camera is normal in many smartphones but only few offers it at front panel. It also offers some features like auto-focus, digital zoom, LED flash, face detection and geo-tagging to double the fun of photography. In the terms of storage, it has 16GB internal and up to 128GB expandable memory through microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity attributes of the phone are Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, microUSB 2.0, Wi-Fi Direct and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n. It works on 2G, 3G and 4G network band frequencies. For the back, it depends upon Li-Po 2600mAh battery which is non removable. It is rated to deliver long usage period.
