The Forme V9 is a dual SIM phone which was announced in July, 2011. It comes in a pack with a charger, battery, hands-free, USB cable, user guide and a warranty card. The phone is discussed in detail below.

Design and Display

The Forme V9 is a bar shaped device which is easy to use and handle. It has got a height of 99mm, width of 42mm and a thickness of 13.4mm as its dimensions. The front panel of phone is dominated by a QVGA touchscreen of 2.8-inches which provides a resolution of 320x240 pixels.

Telephony and Messaging

This dual SIM phone with dual standby operates on 2G (GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz) network frequencies. For messaging, the phone is featured with SMS and MMS. The call quality delivered is good at most of the times. The user can store a limited number of contacts to the phonebook memory.

Camera

The Forme V9 has a primary camera of 0.3 MP which is featured with a digital zoom and provides a photo resolution of 640x480 pixels. There is no secondary camera is available for video calling purpose.

Multimedia

The phone is featured with music player for the entertainment of the users. The FM radio is also there which gives uninterrupted and better signals. The user can watch favorite movies and videos with the help of an inbuilt video player. One can increase the external memory of phone with the help of a micro SD card and store a large amount of data.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity options includes Bluetooth, USB port, GPRS and hands-free connectivity. It is fueled by a removable Li-Ion 1200 mAh battery which delivers a talk-time up to 5 hours and standby time up to 120 hours.
